SYSTEM STUDY

System analysis is defined as the process of gathering and interpreting facts, diagnosing
problems and using the factors to improve the system. The objectives of the system analysis
phase is the establishment of the requirement for the system to be acquired, developed and
installed facts finding or gathering is essential to any analysis of requirements.

2.1 EXISTING SYSTEM

Natural and man-made disasters are posing an increasing threat to us. First responders
must acquire as much specific information about population dynamics as possible in order to
organize and implement catastrophe rescue operations successfully, special attention to
vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and the disabled. It is also expected that disaster
information and evacuation will be brought to the affected community in a timely and accurate
manner, which can save lives and reduce serious damage. In the existing system, the users to
admin interaction was very less and there is no immediate response from the administrator. It is a
time taking process and users face many problems.

2.1.1 DRAWBACKS
 Its manual process for earlier system.
 Its more time consume for all process.
 Need for more resources.
 Its chance to lose our life.

2.2 PROPOSED SYSTEM

During disaster events, timely and targeted information provision and exchange
could provide great help to the stricken population in difficult and complicated environments.
This paper reports a service oriented system, called DETS App: An App for Disaster Event
Tweets Summarization using Images Posted, for providing emergency support to sufferers and
rescuers in disasters. The system utilizes services to acquire real-time information about the users
and environment, and constructs service agents (servants) to provide active services for
application users. Also it consists of the summarized content of several disasters which have
been posted on various platforms with the pictures to increase the awareness about the disaster.
To perform their functions, the servants frequently invoke a set of intelligent services of
DETSApp, which can further access a number of public services from government and other
public organizations. We identify the most frequent request sequence patterns (FRSP) of
DETSApp, and develop a new bio-inspired algorithm for efficiently scheduling the requests to
minimize the response delay. The system has been tested in several disaster rescue drills, and has
been successfully applied for managing various disasters.

2.2.1 FEATURES
 The query will be sent immediately.
 After view admin for this query post solution for escape details also.
 User can registered their account and post their queries for disaster time.
 Public can also post their queries and view solution for rescue without register and login.
 People can get to know the detailed study of the disaster.
2.3 FEASIBILITY STUDY
A feasibility study is a test of a system proposal according to its workability, impact
on the organization, ability to meet user needs and effective use of resources. It is a high capsule
version of the entire system analysis and design process. The objective of the feasibility analysis
is to determine whether the proposed system is feasible.
There are four aspect of the feasibility analysis to which proposed system subjected to
the details are discussed below:

 Economical feasibility
 Technical feasibility
 Operational feasibility

ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY
Economical feasibility is the frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness
of the candidate system. It is more commonly known as cost/benefit analysis. The procedure is to
determine the benefits and saving that are expected from the candidate system and compare them
with cost. This is a ongoing effect that improves the accuracy at each phase of the system life
cycle. It benefits outweigh costs and then the decision is mode to design and implement the
system.
In the case of this gate management system the performance of the proposed system is
expected to be cost effective owing to its accuracy, real time response and user friendliness.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY
Technical feasibility centers on the existing system(hardware & software) and to what
extent it can support the proposed addition. This involves the financial consideration to
accommodate technical enhancements. It the budget is a serious constraint the project is budget
not feasible.
The availability of technology like PHP and MYSQL has helped for developing the
software and implementing if in the concern. Since, the applications are user friendly. The
development of the software becomes easier and technically feasible.
OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
People are inherently resistant to change while computers have been known to
facilitate change. Operational feasibility determines how effect must will go into educating,
selling and training to the user staff on the candidate system. It the staff is computer literate then
only an introductory training in data entry and operating the system
