CMD Messages
The two-digit codes on CMD controllers indicate the following error messages:

occurring, please proceed as follows:

Reason: CMD electronics faulty. Battery empty or battery jumper not connected:
Measure: Only with self-test commands for battery testing Mount battery jumper or replace

Reason: Software faulty (No response from the CDM Software)
Measure: Switch the Dispenser device power off for 5 to 10mint then On. If still issue then
again upgrade the updated Firmware after upgrade Firmware again error on display then
CMD Controller replaced.
11 Error Code:

Reason: Firmware missing in the CMD).
Measure: Restart ATM and Download Firmware if not downloading firmware then check
Firmware File available at this path {Pro base>CSCW32>FRM>----} if not available then file
copy from Data DVD-V5 and again paste at {Pro base>CSCW32>FRM>----} and restart ATM
and see it dispenser LED and Initializing FRM loaded status on main display screen.

Reason: Communication problem with the chip card.
Measure: Check CMD all Cables then Restart CMD Final Replace the chip card Controller.

Reason: Communication problem with the Stacker EE-PROM collector.
Measure: Check EE-PROM Cable from Jack and Reset Controller CL and final replace EE-
PROM.
13 Error Code:
CDM ERROR: 0000001D 20001813 00000000
Reason: The maximal number of retracts has been reached A Retract has been executed.
The cash was not

Measure: Remove the customer money from the retract box and transport path using

14 Error Code:

Reason: Minimum configuration missing. In order to operate, the CDM requires at least one
reject/retract cassette and one cash-out cassette. The device is not ready for operation.
Cassette Missing Error.
Measure: Insert the cassettes and log on Cassettes Command Run using operator function.
50 Vendor Menu >>03 Logon Cassette >>01 ok.
15 Error Code:

Reason: Cassette distributor board has invalid coding, is not inserted or defective
Measure: Check the cabling to the distribution board to CMD Controller damage or not
plugged cable. If again appear error then <CL> CMD Controller and also appear then Board
Replaced.
16 Error Code:

Reason: Output transport coding invalid
Measure: Check it output Transport cable jack and sensor and also Clamp Cable and If again
appear error then

Reason: Gripper Belt drive of clamp defective (M 3) or Clamp Stuck/jam

Reason: Note jam during dispensing Cash not accessible by customer
Measure: Cash Jam at may be many places therefore, Check the note path from the
cassettes to the collecting tray. Whole Dispenser Service include VSAT fully service check it
all Roller SP polar, gears. If all Hardware OK then still issue 18 errorthen also check it
Cassettes internal Gear that is free then CL Controller and again Counter Run.
19 Error Code:

Reason: Gripper/Clamp transport defective/blocked
Measure: Any Breakage in cable then Banknote jam in output transport. Eliminate the
blockage and check it Clamp cable properly then reset CMD. If necessary, replace stacker or
Clamp cable and also check it reject cassette.
20 Error Code:
CDM ERROR: 0000001D 20001820 00000000
Reason: Single reject switch (MA2/1, MA2/2, SM 1) faulty/blocked
Measure: Cash available in single reject collect it and check it CASH. Cash is not proper
shuffled and unsorted. Dispensing Module more then one Note pick from cassette at one
time and Note block at single reject. And also check it Spring in single reject below position.
Select test function 2 (mechanical test) by pressing the function button, and observe
actuation of the single reject switch. If lifting magnet MA2 does not move at all or all the
way, the stacker and output transport (SAT) or the controller has to be replaced. If the
magnet moves all the way, the CMD-V4 can go back into
operation.
21 Error Code:
CDM ERROR: 0000001D 20001821 00000000
Reason: Measuring station is defective
Measure: Check whether there is a banknote jam in the area of the measuring station. Are
the cables connected and also Clean it MS Points now again appear then CL Controller also
again appear then Replace MS.

25 Error Code:

Reason: Dispensing drive defective (DCM 1) Cash Jam
Measure: If Dispensing Module is not rotate properly or Jam it then check it Whole
Dispensing path maybe Cash Jam with {Rubber, Pin} in dispensing module.
Clean it path whole dispenser service include whole VSAT and clean <U> Sensor position is
left side of SAT Wheel rod and also check it Cassettes internal Gear that is free. if again
appear error then <CL> CMD Controller and also appear then STACKER Replaced.
26 Error Code:

Reason: Stacker wheel drive defective/blocked (SM 9)
Measure: Stacker wheels and main motor check it. Check the Stacker in the area of the
collecting tray for jammed banknotes/scraps, remove it. Set the Dispenser own position and
select test function 2 (mechanical test) on the function button after starting up the
Dispenser test if this test function once again ends with status display '26', then CL
Controller if again appear then Stacker or Main Motor must be replaced.

standing upright in the cassette. Are the first notes very crumpled? Curved notes should
bend away from the pressure carriage! Are the first notes stuck to each other or jammed
together?
2. When the cassette is removed, check the dispensing area in the dispensing unit for
jammed banknotes/scraps.

Measure: Too many double or excessively wide/narrow notes were detected during
dispensing from cassette x. Remove cassette x=1, and check whether the right type of
banknote was inserted. Check notes for sticky points. Reinsert the cassette and restart the
application. If many 'good' notes are subject to a single reject during dispensing or if error
‘51’ shows after a short time, the reference values should be recalculated for this

Measure: The banknote data stored in cassette 'x=1' cannot be read or rewritten (Write
error cassette EEPROM). Check internal cable of cassette and also check and clean Pressure
sensor Verify that the connectors on CMD controller and the cassette connector are plugged
in properly. If the fault also occurs with a different cassette in this dispensing unit, then
Cassette must be replaced.

Reason: Cassette defective # 2 (x = 2) Cassette not properly initialized cassette faulty.
Measure: The banknote data stored in cassette 'x=2' cannot be read or rewritten (Write
