New Book releases to add to your

TBR List this week

Hey there, bookworms! Today, we have a list of some of the best new books
that are out this week. This is just a small sample of the many amazing books
that are hitting shelves, so make sure you keep an eye out for other great
releases too. We've got some great books for you, so let's get started!

First up is "Hello Beautiful" by Ann Napolitano. This heartwarming family

drama tells the story of William Waters, who grew up in a house haunted by
tragedy. He finds love and solace with Julia Padavano and her family, but
when darkness from his past resurfaces, it threatens to tear them apart. This
book is a beautiful homage to "Little Women" and is perfect for anyone who
loves a good family drama.

Next up is "Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers" by Jesse Q.

Sutanto. This captivating mystery follows Vera Wong, a lonely little old lady
who lives above her tea shop in San Francisco's Chinatown. When she finds a
dead man in her tea shop, she decides to take matters into her own hands and
solve the murder herself. This book is both funny and suspenseful, and is
perfect for fans of cozy mysteries.

If you're looking for a true crime book, "We Were Once a Family" by Roxanna
Asgarian is a must-read. This deeply reported book tells the shocking story of a
murder-suicide that claimed the lives of six children, and is a searing
indictment of the American foster care system. Asgarian's research highlights
the racial biases and corruption in the system, and is a riveting narrative that
will leave you stunned.

"The Next New Syrian Girl" by Ream Shukairy is a touching and timely novel
about the unlikely friendship between two Syrian girls, Khadija and Leene.
Despite their differences, the two girls become close friends and take a journey
to Jordan that challenges everything they thought they knew about each other
and themselves. This book is perfect for anyone who loves a good coming-of-
age story and wants to learn more about Syrian American girlhood.

If you're in the mood for something funny and heartwarming, "The Dog of the
North" by Elizabeth McKenzie is the book for you. The story follows Penny
Rush, who is trying to start over after her marriage falls apart and her parents
go missing in the Australian outback. McKenzie's novel is quirky and
charming, and is perfect for anyone who wants to read a book about finding
oneself.
Last but not least, we have "The Book That No One Wanted to Read" by
Richard Ayoade. This clever book is narrated by a book itself, and has a lot of
opinions about being judged by its cover and its unappreciated contents. This
book is both funny and smart, and is perfect for anyone who loves books about
books and wants to read something that's a little bit different.
