Requirements – What Will You Need Before Starting
Before you begin setting up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Microsoft Authenticator, ensure you have the following:
1. Personal Mobile Phone: A smartphone (iOS or Android) to install the Microsoft Authenticator app.
2. Microsoft Authenticator App: Ensure this app is installed on your smartphone. Available on both iOS and Android platforms via Play Store or App Store
(https://aka.ms/getMicrosoftAuthenticator).
3. Email Access: Access to your personal email account for receiving the Temporary Access Pass (TAP) and other setup instructions.
4. Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required for downloading the app and completing the setup process.
5. Company Credentials: Your Teleperformance username (username.x@emea.teleperformance.com) required for initial login and verification.

6. Master Password: For your MFA setup, you'll receive a special 16-character Masterpassword (looking something like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) directly to
your personal email from no-reply@emea.teleperformance.com or via SMS to your private phone number.
You'll need this unique password for both initializing and resetting your MFA. It's important to note that this Masterpassword, which we'll send to you, cannot be
changed by you. Keep an eye on your email or phone messages for its arrival!

Select MFA Option
Click on either "MFA Initialize" or "MFA Reset".
o MFA Initialize: Choose this if you've never registered for MFA.
o MFA Reset: Select this if you need to reset your MFA (e.g., you have a new smartphone
or lost the one with the Authenticator).

o Provide your Username, Birthday, and Masterpassword.
o After verification, you'll receive a Temporary Access Pass (TAP) within 15 minutes to your
private email or mobile phone (as per BMS information).
o Important: The TAP is one-time use only and becomes invalid after the second login
attempt or 2 hours.

Install Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone
o Follow the prompt to install the MS Authenticator App on your smartphone. Click 'Next'. A
message will appear prompting you to install the Microsoft Authenticator App. This app is
available for free on Android Play Store and iOS App Store.
***If you already have MS Authenticator App installed skip to step 9
9 Scan QR Code
o A QR Code will appear on your screen. Use your smartphone or tablet to scan this code
using the Microsoft Authenticator App. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App.
o Tap 'Add account' and choose 'Work or school account'.
o Use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
Q: I'm having trouble with the MFA setup. Who can help me?
A: If you encounter difficulties, please contact your Local IT Support Team. They will guide you through the MFA setup process.
Q: Why can't I log in, even with the correct MFA code?
A: Check that you're using the correct login credentials. If you still can't access your account, contact IT support for assistance, as there may be other issues with your account.
Q: What if I accidentally delete the email or SMS containing the Masterpassword and I haven't initialized MFA?
A: If you lose or accidentally delete the message with your Masterpassword before setting up MFA, please contact your local IT Support. They can assist you in reissuing the
Masterpassword and guide you through the MFA initialization process.

Prérequis – Tout ce qu’il vous faut avant de commencer
Avant de commencer la configuration de l’Authentification Multi-Facteurs (MFA) avec l’application Microsoft Authenticator, assurez-
vous d’avoir les éléments suivants:
1. Un téléphone mobile personnel: Un smartphone (iOS or Android) pour installer l’application Microsoft Authenticator.
2. L’application Microsoft Authenticator: Assurez-vous d’avoir l’application installée sur votre smartphone. L’application est disponible pour les deux
plateformes iOS et Android via Play Store ou App Store (https://aka.ms/getMicrosoftAuthenticator).
3. Accés à votre boite mail: Accès à votre boite mail personnelle pour recevoir le laissez-passer d'accès temporaire (TAP) et d’autres instructions pour la
configuration,
4. Accès internet: Une connexion internet stable est nécessaire pour télécharger l’application et finaliser les étapes de
configuration.
5. Vos identifiants d’entreprise: Votre nom d’utilisateur Teleperformance au format (nom.x@emea.teleperformance.com) est necessaire pour la première connexion et la
verification.

Selectionner les options MFA
Cliquez sur « Enrôlement MFA » ou « Réinitialisation MFA » .
o Enrôlement MFA : Pour un premier enrôlement MFA. Aucune méthode MFA n’a été
enregistré auparavant,
o Réinitialisation MFA : Pour une réinitialisation MFA, l’enrôlement a déjà été effectué,
(exp: Vous avez un nouveau smartphone ou avez perdu celui sur lequel vous utilisez
l’application Microsoft Authenticator).

o Fournissez votre nom d’utilisateur, Date de naissance et Masterpassword.
o Après vérification et dans les 15 minutes, vous recevrez un laissez-passer d'accès
temporaire (TAP) sur votre email personnel ou téléphone mobile (renseignés sur BMS).
o Important: le TAP est un code à usage unique qui expire au bout de 2H ou lors de la
deuxième tentative de connexion.

Installer l'application Microsoft Authenticator sur votre téléphone portable
Suivez les instructions pour installer l'application MS Authenticator sur votre smartphone..
Cliquez sur ‘suivant’. Un message vous invite à installer l'application Microsoft Authenticator.
Cette application est disponible gratuitement sur Playstore pour Android et App Store pour iOS.
***Si l'application MS Authenticator est déjà installée, passez à l'étape 9
9 Scanner le QR Code
o Un code QR apparaît sur votre écran. Utilisez votre smartphone pour scanner ce code à
l'aide de l'application Microsoft Authenticator. Ouvrez l'application Microsoft Authenticator.
o Appuyez sur "Ajouter un compte" et choisissez "Compte professionnel ou scolaire".
o Utilisez votre téléphone pour scanner le code QR affiché sur l'écran de votre ordinateur.
