Monthly Quantity: 100,000 To 300,000 MT Per Month Yearly Contract
Shipping Terms: TANK TO TANK/VESSEL FOB ROTTERDAM

Price:
$ 685 PER MT including $10 Commission

Inspection: SGS, or equivalent as per Buyer’s option

Payment method: By MT103 Swift upon successful SGS .
Payment Guarantee for By LC MT 700 OR SBLC MT760 with the value of monthly quantity valid
Monthly Quantity: for the contract period issued OR confirmed by top 50 bank.

Performance Bond: Two (2%) percent PB By Seller’s Bank.

Commission: $10 PER MT, 50% SELLER SIDE CLOSED / 50% BUYER SIDE OPEN.
To be paid by the SELLER to all intermediaries under NCNDA&IMFPA
that will be Issued by Seller.
Note Seller may requests POF from the Buyer if DD indicates So.

FOB Transaction Procedure & Terms:

1. Buyer confirms acceptance by signing an TRANSACTION TERMS’ CONFIRMATION
& NCNDA FORM as provided draft.
2. ICPO draft including Seller’s information is provided to Buyer, then Buyer issues
Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with buyer’s
company registration, signatory’s passport copy, CIS, and TSA OR CPA in
the name of the Buyer.
3. Seller issues to Buyer the commercial invoice (CI) from Tank to Buyer's Tank/Vessel

 at Rotterdam Port, then Buyer signs the CI and send back within 24 Hours. Seller
issue MCNDA&IMFPA to intermediaries.
4. Within 2 Banking Days of signing the CI, Buyer’s Bank issues MT199 POF to seller
BanK, then Seller to issue the following proof of product (PPOP) to Buyer to verify
the product in tanks:

1)- TSR - Tank storage agreement

2)- ATV - Authorization to Verify
3)- Unconditional DTA (Dip Test Authorization)
4)- ATS- Authorization to Sell and Collect
5)- Product Passport Analysis

6)- Recent SGS Report

5. Upon successful of the Dip Test results and verification of the above mentioned PPOP
then Buyer will provide TSR or Q88.
NOTE: If the Buyer wants to extend seller’s tank, then buyer will pay (US$96,000) to
lease tanks for 2 days storage tank and Seller lease pay (US$96,000) for 2 days to the
tank storage company to make up total 4 days of injection programming and SGS or
equivalent inspection.
6. Seller to release full proof of product then Buyer pays the Seller via MT103 TT wire of the
product value, and upon confirmation by the Seller that the 100% cargoes value is
received by Seller’s nominated Bank then transfer of cargoes will commence immediately
and Seller pay all the intermediaries involved successfully as per NCNDA/IMFPA.
7. Seller to transfers product title ownership to Buyer's name.

8. Seller issues contract agreement to Buyer for roll over to contract of 12 months.
9. Seller and Buyer sign the yearly contract, then Buyer issues the financial instrument
within 5 Banking Days.
10. Shipments commence as per the signed contract.
