We, INTER FUSION 2021 SL, We, declare with full responsibility and
corporate authority, that the following product as indicated below, following
international procedures. This is an adjustment offer to formalize the sale.

PURCHASE PROCEDURES:

✔ The buyer receives this SCO with the procedures;

✔ The buyer returns a signed SCO attached to the ICPO with bank details of the
payer, to Representative Seller: SB Business INTL and Abile Consulting Group
LTDA;

✔ The seller issues a draft of the contract for analysis by the buyer, and the
purchased agreement returns stamped and signed;

✔ The buyer signs, seals and returns the contract to the seller;

✔ The seller signs, seals and returns the contract to the buyer;

✔ The buyer and seller deposit a copy of the signed contract with their respective
bank.
 ✔ The buyer's bank sends the operational guarantee financial instrument to the
seller's bank;

✔ After receiving and checking the bank guarantee through the Seller's
bank account, the logistics and export documentation procedures will begin;

✔ After the completion of the shipment of the goods, the Seller sends full
shipping documents to the Buyer’s Bank.

✔ Within 3 (three) days against the shipping documents, the Buyer's Bank
releases payment for the shipment.
✔ PAYMENT METHOD: SBLC/DLC irrevocable, transferable and divisible, auto
revolving, operative, confirmed top bank, payable at sight MT700 or MT760. Each
Shipment payment by MT103 against all of shipping.
✔ SPECIAL CONDITIONS: This SCO is subject to the approval and final
agreement of the seller and the buyer, all terms and conditions must be included
in the subsequent purchase and sale contract, including modifications or
variations, bank payment instructions, way of shipping the product , everything
that should be discussed and after described in the contract.

For this negotiation, we have the following

proposals: Sugar IC 45.
DLC:
$495.00.
Price for 100,000 MT / Monthly / 12 Months.

This offer is valid FOR 4(FOUR) bank days.
