NOTE: Perform warm-up and stretching exercises ensuring that you start by slowly increasing your heart
rate followed by stretches of your muscles from neck to ankles.

FEEDBACK: In 2-3 sentences, kindly describe/share your experience in terms of how you felt
when you were doing the activities.

This activity reminds me on my high school days I always enjoy performing this kind of activity,
especially the "takyan". Takyan requires good timing and endurance to perform well while for
jumping rope it is a fun activity but if you have low endurance, you will quickly get tired after 20
jumps or up. Overall, I was pleased to complete all of the tasks assigned to me, and I also met
the target number of kicks/jumps.

1. Hydrate yourself after completing the activities.
2. Perform your cool down stretching exercises after performing the abovementioned activities.
