    Dear Sir/Madam

    We are kindly requesting your assistance in allowing the following students to cross the border
    on Saturday, October 9, 2023. Our male and female volleyball teams will be having a practice
    at our school. This is an opportunity for our students to grow in community, build teamwork, and
    practice a lifestyle of exercise and integration. Entrusting our students to God and having them
    partake in such practices will enhance their commitment to their school, community, and country.

    Students are expected to cross the border between 8:30 - 9:00 am (males) or 1:30 - 2:00pm
    (females) to attend the practice at 9:00 am (males) or 2:00pm (females) at the MCHS
    compound. Students crossing the border have been given permission by their parents and are
    aware that their child needs to cross the border to Melchor as soon as the practice finalizes.

    We thank you in advance for your kind assistance and consideration of our request. If there is
    any concern regarding this event, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your time and
    contribution to our school.
