It is common to experience stress in day-to-day life however it is very important to learn

stress and the benefits of managing stress,

alarm system. It can help your mind and body adapt (resilience). It is important to manage stress

lead to problems with / your health, relationships, or quality of life.

provides an break from daily stressors and participate in an activity that brings joy or relaxation.

It is very easy to become stressed however it is also very easy to manage it with a few

done everywhere.

Once stress is managed the outcome is very beneficial. “Effective stress management

In conclusion, it is important to manage stress because ongoing stress can affect cognitive

function, relationships, and overall well-being. Managing stress effectively can help improve

mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall psychological well-being.
