DAILY SCREEN TIME

According to the daily screen time record of my phone, it shows that the 5 apps that I
frequently used during the past 6 days were Google Chrome, Facebook, Microsoft 365
Office, YouTube, and HiTV.

The most frequently used app of mine is Google Chrome. Since I'm into
reading web comics lately, and I read these web comics in Google
Chrome, it isn't a shock. Aside from reading web comics, I also utilize
this app in doing spontaneous research whenever I get curious about
something, which frequently occurs. I also used this app to get updates
about certain things like the Sun's solar radiation and other unprecedented happenings.
Moreover, I further utilize this app as my "curiosity cloud" since I store mostly all the
information that I have researched in this app through bookmarking and downloading.

The next frequently used app of mine is Facebook. I think it is

understandable, especially in this generation where social media
rules almost everything. I used Facebook as a tool for me to get social
information from people who are quite relevant in society. I also use
this app to gain updates about current happenings and to keep up with
the changes in society. Moreover, I also used this app to communicate with my
loved ones who are living far away. Aside from that, I somewhat use this app to check for the
credibility of certain news that I've heard of or a certain product that I want to purchase. All
in all, it has a great significance in my life because it not only eases my boredom, it also
provides me with entertainment accompanied by insightful information.

The third I frequently used app these days is Microsoft 365 Office.
This app comprises the 3 basic and core Microsoft applications
such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Ever since I
started college, I have been downloading apps that can help me in
my studies, and although there are already a lot of other Office
apps like Microsoft Office, I can’t seem to change my preferences
since this app already has brought a lot of benefits and it is also a
lot more convenient to use because I was used to using the Microsoft
Office ever since then. This app has been a great help to me, especially
during times when we had to make and submit paperwork or reports in a rushed, limited
time. This app also allows me to edit my documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
without having to open my laptop. Since the second semester already started, this app will
soon be my topmost frequently used app in the coming days.

The last one is the YouTube. Watching videos is one of the few
hobbies that I've learned to ease my mind and YouTube is the
perfect platform for that. I mostly use this app to watch videos about my celebrity idols,
reels, cooking videos, science facts, and astrology, and search for good music to download.
This app gives me comfort whenever I am feeling lonely or whenever I just want to detach
myself from the crowd. This has been the perfect diversion for me whenever I am feeling
extreme emotions and for that, I am thankful for its existence.

The last app that I usually utilize these days is the HiTV
app. A lot may not know what this app is but as the
name connotes, it is a movie app, specifically an app
where you can watch different K-Dramas, reality shows,
movies, and animes. It has a wide range of
entertainment sources, may it be from the Philippines,
Japan, Thailand, USA, and many other countries. This
allows the app to cater to a wide range of viewers. It’s
like Netflix but cheaper and easier to use since it doesn’t
require a subscription to watch, although some content
may not be for free, and will require you to be a VIP
member before you can watch the content. Since I am a huge K-Drama fanatic, this app
helps me keep updated with all the new K-Drama releases as well as some high-grossing
movies from all over the world.
