Instruction: Be spontaneous and true in your reflection. There is much treasure in your personal faith-life
experiences and thoughts. Kindly follow our methodology, SEE-DISCERN-ACT. In the first paragraph,
kindly share your one significant experience, while in the second paragraph, relate your experience in
light of the gospel. Answering the question, What is God telling me about my experience? Lastly, in the
third paragraph, what is your concrete action towards your experience and realization. Thank you, and
God bless!

Many people are facing various challenges from God, and I am one of them. I can say
that God is always there for us to be our strength to achieve our challenges. I remembered things
that I said to him, and my mind is so confused because of the problem that I was facing at the
time, when my father had a heart attack back in 2013. At my young age, I can’t believe that I talk
to him like I have my own mind. For me whether what your age is, he doesn’t choose who to
help as long as it comes from the heart he will help. We need to trust him even we don’t like her
decision, God has plan for us.

God can also be trusted because his word is true, and he keeps his promise (John 17:17
Num. 23:19). The lord pronounces a blessing on the man who trust in the lord, I think the God
telling me about my experience is that you need to trust in God in every aspects because God can
the only one who can help you because God challenge your faith and trust.

My realization toward my experience is for me trusting in god is a source of peace and

strength. I realized that no matter what challenges or uncertainties I face, trusting in God
provides me with a sense of calm and assurance. Trusting in God can serve as a powerful coping
mechanism during times of difficulty and uncertainty. Just like what i experienced when my
father has a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. Trusting in God allowed me to relinquish
control and find solace in the belief that He had a plan for my father's recovery. Trusting in God
can be a valuable source of emotional support, particularly during challenging circumstances
such as a loved one's illness.
