Personal reflections on what the college’s vision, mission, and core values mean to you
The college's vision, for me personally, is something that gives the organization direction
and leadership. It establishes the broad objectives and aspirations that the college hopes to realize
in the long run. These objectives frequently center on excellence in research, education, and
community impact. All stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and members of the
community, are inspired and motivated to work together toward a common goal by the vision,
which is a potent instrument. A mission statement specifies the particular goals and tasks that an
organization will carry out in order to realize its vision. A well-written mission statement offers a
succinct and clear explanation of the college's goal, targeted audience, and outcomes and I think
this vision, mission, and core values will help the student to be a good person and to be a
cordian.
How do you envision these principles guiding your decisions, interactions, and contributions
within the college community
I can envision these principles guiding my decisions, interactions, and contributions
within the college community because they align with the values and goals of personal success,
social connections and holistic development that are emphasize in higher education.
Any challenges you anticipate, and how do you plan to overcome them while staying true to the
guiding principles.
I am a kind of person even a lot of challenges I face, I know what is right and wrong and
I always do what is right, and I think this is my defense so that I don’t violate the guidelines.
