PERSONAL PROFILE

A confident and committed nursing faculty with more than 15 years of teaching experience at different levels and students in the nursing
profession. Proven resilience and dedication, with excellent clinical and psychiatric knowledge, to commend the students and staff at all
levels. Strong interpersonal and listening skills help me to encourage effective teamwork. I am resourceful and responsive to change
while achieving collective objectives in the caring and development of patients. I developed a patient-centred philosophy of care through
innovative, caring skills, and practical clinical skills.
I had been in nursing administration [Chief Nursing Officer] to look after nurses’ deployment, nurse-patient ratio, quality
patient care, support services, leave and wages, and other hospital adjustments. I also served as nursing superintendent of the trauma
and emergency division to improve trauma services and enrich the nurses with updated nursing training and education to discharge the
best possible trauma and emergency care.
International exposure to different medical setups in Europe, Singapore, and the United States of America made me learn
the fundamentals of interpersonal skills, empowerment of nurses, and quality care to the population. Besides these, an excellent
academic credential helped me to guide UGs, PGs, and Ph.D. students in research and nursing teaching at the nursing department.
International exposure to different activities promises me more dedication, teamwork, and smooth adjustment to the system.
