AFFIDAVIT

I ROMEO V. MAGPANTAY of legal age, Filipino residing at 21 Bangar Street, New

Haven Village, Brgy. Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one of the sellers of parcel of land located at Sta. Cruz, Alitagtag, Batangas with
an area of Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight square meters (34,988 sq. m.) and
land covered by a Tax Declaration/ARP No. 02-0018-000-15 as evidence by Deed of Extra
Judicial Settlement of the Intestate Estate of Isabelo A. Magpantay and Dionisia V. Magpantay
with Deed of Absolute Sale dated June 1, 2023, as doc. No. 83 ; page no. 17; book no. 2;, series of
2023.

2. In the said deed my wife’s name does not appear;

3. That I hereby execute this affidavit to attest the truth that my civil status at the that I
executed the said Deed and as present, is married to MARILYN C. MAGPANTAY.

4. That this affidavit is being executed to the foregoing fact for specific purpose for
processing the Department of Agrarian Reform (“DAR”) Clearance.
