    dated 25/06/22 & 23/06/22 which was sent through
    your lawyer for the total amount of Rs. 20,39,349/-
    for cheque bounce of two cheques no. 01026638,
    01026637 on South Indian Bank, I will undertake the
    total balance Rs. 20,39,349/- & clear all dues in 12 to
    18 months. I request you to give some more time &
    not take any legal action.
