How to Adjust Print head and Cap Station Position

1. Switch Off the printer

a) Lower the cap station by turning the gear to avoid the ink cap scratching the
print heads

2. The ink cap can only be adjusted forward and backward.

 To adjusted entire cap station, loosen position 1 2 3 4, when you finish adjusting
tighten the screws.
 To adjust the left ink cap, loosen position L5 L6 L7 L8, when you finish adjusting
tighten the screws
 To adjust right ink cap, loosen position R5 R6 R7 R8, when you finish adjusting
tighten the screws

3. To move the print head position relative to the ink caps left and right, you will need
to adjust the X Axis Origin Sensor because the Cap Station and Ink Caps can only
moved forward and backward.

Move the carriage to the middle of the printer. Switch off printer. Then Loosen the
screws pointed to by the blue arrows, then move the X Axis Origin sensor (indicated
by the red arrow) to the left/right XXmm, tighten screws, switch on printer.
