Self regulation
Self-Management is your ability to stay
flexible and positively direct your behavior
when you are experiencing different
emotions.

 Taking a pause between a feeling and an action.

patiently.
 Self-regulation allows you to act in accordance with your deeply
held values or social conscience and to express yourself
appropriately.
