    Strength

    I am always eager to learn and can adapt to working environment easily.

    In my previous job there was a major software upgrade to enhance customer service
    efficiency. Throught self guided learning, attending training session and collaborating
    wih team member, i quickly learned and adapted to the system upgrade, which not
    only beneffitted my personal development but also contributed in effectiveness of
    the entire team.

    Weakness

    I am too detailed oriented and foccus on every small details to make my work
    perfect. Due to which sometime my works are delayed.

    I have studied hotel management and gained work experience in customer service.

    I have acquired flexible and effective problem solving skills during my college and
    job.
