ENGINEERING WORKS : Final Testing and Commissioning.

Product Seminar and Orientation and transfer of technology.
Terms and Condition of Works :
Responsibility of Client : Assign (1) representative to coordinate with GSAS staffs.
Provide GSAS staff access on all subjected areas.
Client Provide the Electrical tapping point for the supply of our Power Tools.

Responsibility of GSAS : Supply of all Manpower, Tools and Equipment.

All transportation and Meals of GSAS representatives. Accommodation provide bt the client.
Total Project Mangement.

NOTE :

 One (1) year warranty for the installation. And workmanship.

 Structural of Cistern Tank not included to our proposals client provide this for Pump Room.
 Client should provide a Stock Room for the equipment of materials to prevent lost or damage of equipment and materials.
 2% Bill of Materials, Mechanical Plans and other documents to submitted on BFP Fire Station client provide this, if needed.
 Ten(10) to (15) calendar working days, depending on site availability.
 Two (2) assigns Service Mechanical manpower.
 Power consumption for the power tools and testing of equipment not included to our proposal, client provide this.
 After completion of work free service in-case check-up, repair of item covered by warranty period.

TERMS AND CONDITION :

VALIDITY : Prices are subject to change w/out prior notice.

This proposal is Valid Thirty (30) days from this Quotation date after which all prices terms & condition shall require
confirmation.
DELIVERY : Delivery of materials Three (3) upon received of Down payment for preparation.
PAYMENTS : 50% Down Payment Upon received of P.O. and Confirmation.
50% Balance upon completetion and Turn-Over.
WARRANTY : GSAS Security and Alarm System guarantees the equipment and cable workmanship under
This proposal to be free from defect for a period of (12) months from in service date. Provide that no party except GSAS
Security and Alarm System trained technicians/enginners shall be entrusted with the maintenance and repair of the
equipment during the warranty period shall be at GSAS Security and Alarm System accounts, Defects arising from
misuse, tampering, forced majored, such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, and abnormal conditions are excluded
from the above warranty.
AFTER SALES : GSAS Security and Alarm System Services (GSAS) guarantees on-time response to your service needs. our highly
trained Technical Staffis available 24/7.Even afterr expiry of the warranty period, we shall continue to be of service as
detailed in the service and Maintenance proposal which we shall submit thereafter for your perusal and consideration.
