HOW TO APPLY:

1. Initial NGB Form 34-1, dated 20131111, must be complete with signature (Available on

2. Initial Current MEDPROS: Printout within 30 days of application (Available on AKO)

Selected applicants must fill out a DD FORM 2870, AUTHORIZATION FOR DISCLOSURE OF
MEDICAL OR DENTAL INFORMATION, before the start date. Used for verification of PHA
completion within one (1) year from the application date and confirmation of HIV testing within two
(2) years from the application date.
• Medical documents indicate a Permanent Profile higher than a "1" in any of the PULHES
fields of the physical (if applicable). Medical documents for any Temporary Profiles.

3. Initial Memorandum through unit Commander/AO stating Soldier is not flagged, has any
Adverse Actions Pending and in compliance with height in weight requirements.

4. Initial Last five OERs, Performance counseling are acceptable if the Soldier has no OERs.
Submit a memo to the President of the Board explaining the reason(s) for any missing or not
required of OERs.

5. Initial Validated Selection Record Brief ERB (without DA photo)

6. Initial Copy of DA Form 705 (ACFT/APFT) for the past three (3) years.
• Must submit your diagnostic and/or record ACFT for FY 2022. Ensure DA Form 705 states,
"FOR RECORD GO." Submit a memo to the President of the Board explaining why you do
not have three years of ACFT/APFT records (if applicable).

7. Initial Retirement Points History Statement (RPAS).

8. Initial PIR from IPPSA (formally known as a PQR).

9. Initial Current security clearance, memo from security manager- must have NACLC before
the board date or be eligible to obtain Secret.

10. Initial DD 1966-1 qualifying Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery/Armed Forces
Classification Test (ASVAB/AFCT) scores. I needed to verify ASVAB/AFQT scores.

11. Initial Any supporting documentation to reflect experience and training for the advertised
position, including letters of recommendation or civilian degrees/transcripts.
12. Initial All DD Form 214(s), DD Form 215(s), DD Form 220(s), and NGB Form 22(s) covering
any active-duty period.

(DD 214 copy must include the bottom portion that identifies Separation Code).

13. Initial Copy of documentation showing military education completed for: MOS, OES, and
OES (Office Educations System) (i.e., 1059's).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major duties: Supervises and performs duties involving maintenance and warehouse operations at the
Squadron level. Coordinates directly with IDARNG MATES and NVARNG supporting organizations.
•Assists Squadron and Troop Commanders with maintenance actions while providing oversight of the
CMDP program.
•Coordinates with IDARNG MATES to ensure scheduled and unscheduled services are being conducted
IAW the Squadron Commander's initiatives.
•Reviews Squadron's ESR and reports Squadron's maintenance posture to 116th CBCT IAW BDESOP.
•Coordinates with NVARNG FMS and CSMS to ensure scheduled and unscheduled services are being
conducted IAW the Squadron Commander's initiatives.
•Coordinates with TRON Shop to ensure TDME is being conducted IAW the Squadron Commander's
initiatives.
•Reviews all Class IX repair part purchase requests (PR) to ensure requests reflect Squadron's
maintenance priorities.
•Must be proficient in GFEBS and able to forecast annual and quarterly Class IX budget requirements.
•Enforces adherence to NCOMP IAW NVARNG G4 Policy while monitoring data input related to the
program.
•Supervises SSL Operations ensuring processes are conducted efficiently and effectively IAW AR710-2.
•Monitors and enforces correct work order processes for all necessary equipment, ensuring adherence
to Squadron Maintenance SOP.
•Monitors and ensures recoverable Class IX parts are being processed correctly and any discrepancies
in ORIL report and on-hand inventory are documented and closed out IAW NVARNGG4 Policy.
•Conducts, at minimum, Bi-Annual SSL inventories while capturing necessary consumption data of
Class IX repair parts.
•Assists Squadron S4 in MDMP and CTCP operations while advising the Squadron Commander on
regeneration efforts of combat power.
MOS SPECIFIC AND ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be pre-command officer.
• Preferred candidates will be CCC complete.
• Officers with AR/19A branch/AOC can be either a 1LT or CPT, logistics branch/AOCs must
be 1LT. CPT promotion unavailable to logistics branch/AOC due to MTOE restrictions.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Individuals who have been involuntarily separated from the AGR program or Full Time National Guard
Duty are not eligible to reenter the program. Must meet medical standards prescribed by AR 40-501
chapter 3. You will be required to complete a physical exam if you do not have a current one within the
last two years. Must not be under a recent suspension of favorable personnel actions. Applicants who
voluntarily separate from the AGR program for more than one day are not eligible to reenter the program
for one year from the date of separation without a TAG-approved waiver. Applicants must not be entitled
to federal military retirement, retainer pay, or Federal civil service annuities and not be eligible for
immediate Federal civil service annuities. Applicants who are over grade may apply but must indicate in
writing a willingness to be administratively reduced in grade when assigned to the position. Members
must remain in the role initially appointed for a minimum of 18 months. The initial tour length is three
years. Failure to become MOSQ within the specified period is grounds for mandatory involuntary
separation from the AGR program. Applicants must meet the physical demands rating and qualifications
for the award of MOS in accordance with AR 611-21 and NGR 600-200. Must meet Army Physical
Fitness and height and weight standards as prescribed by AR 350-1 and AR 600-9. Must have sufficient
time remaining (ETS) (MRD) to permit completion of tour of duty. The following term (s) will be based on
the authorized force structure. PCS funds have been authorized if in the best interest of the government.
