How can student can help this issue?
The students can help by knowing about the problem and how important it is,
because the knowledge of that will help them for stopping it in the future. Also, the
students could help by volunteering in different places that help homeless people
like giving food in the street or giving shelter things to the people who has to sleep
in the streat.
why this issue is important to you?
I think that this issue is important to me because I have a house, a family and all
the commodities I can imagine and I didnt do nothing for having this, and most
people that are in the street have worked a long time and now don't know why
there are without nothing and in the street.
How this issue impacts in our society?
This issue affects the society in the way that most people who lives in the street
doesn't have a job and, unfortunately, some of them consume drugs. But, I think
that is not the homeless people which have impact in the society, in fact I think
that is the society which have a negative impact in the homeless people by don't
give they any opportunities for getting a job or for having a decent live
How this issue has changed throughout time?
Unfortunately, This issue is getting more and more common in the days we live,
and after covid a lot of people couldn't pay the house where they live and are now
in the streets. for example, in Spain that have no registres for people in the
streets, there have been notice an 32% more people that goes to refugees or
hostels.
Include at least one organization that works toward this
issue and what they have done/are doing to solve it.
There is an organization called ``bocatas´´ that what they do is to get some food,
blankets and pillows and go to the streat to give them to the homeless people, and
then they stay talking and eating with them. They always go to the same people
because then they can establish a friendship with this people. Because, don't
forget it, one of the biggest problems of the homeless people is that they don't
have any link with other people.
