    First Homeroom PTA Meeting


    Grade 4 – Mt. Apo
    September 1, 2023
    Time Started: 3:00 P.M.
    Time Finished: 4:00 P.M.

    A. Call to Order

    The meeting was started with a prayer led by Roberto S. Labonete, class adviser, followed by a short
    introduction of himself after checking and reviewing the attendance sheet. Mr. Labonete presided the parents’
    meeting and presented the agenda to be discussed.

    Agenda:
    1. DepEd Mission and Vision
    2. Safety protocols
    3. Wearing of school uniforms
    4. Time-in and Time-out
    5. Classroom rules
    6. Pupil’s performance:
    a. Reading skills (English/Filipino)
    b. Writing skills
    c. Mathematical skills
    7. Parents’ assistance in leading the pupils to develop reading and writing skills
    8. Attendance/Absenteeism
    9. Behavior/Attitude of the pupils (inside and outside classroom and school)
    10. Administration of summative test, performance task, diagnostic test and nutritional status
    11. Administration of PHIL-IRI in English and Filipino, and PAN in Mathematics
    12. Schedule of school activities
    13. Suspension of classes
    14. Open Forum
    15. Election of PTA Officers
