 TRADITIONAL INDIAN DRINKS:


o SHIKANJI – It’s a type of traditional lemonade originating in northern part of India. It
has some additional ingredients like pepper, saffron, cumin, etc. to the classical
lemonade recipe.
o KOKAM SHARBAT – It’s a drink prepared from sweetened mangosteen extract /
syrup which has sweet and sour taste profile.
o COCONUT DRINK- It is naturally available drink which is widely consumed in India.
It’s now starting to gain place in the hospitality industry for its high nutritious value.
o AAM PANHA – It’s a drink known for its heat- resistant properties. It’s made from
raw mangoes and is yellowish-green color is widely consumed beverage to fight
intense hot climate.
o KHUS SHERBET – It is a drink made from cool fragrant herb called khus which is
setting its roots in the hotels. It is known for its ayurvedic properties.
