future generations.
What are your goals for the professional development experience, including the specific skills and knowledge you hope
to gain? How would you apply an experience working with a U.S. organization to your work after you return to your
home country?

My goals for the work experience in an American NGO are:

-Develop my skills in terms of planning, execution and monitoring of performance indicator levels;
-Develop practical conflict management skills in a culturally diverse environment;
-Understand the procedures that accompany the justification of funds.
Once these skills are acquired, they will help me organize the work within the NGO I lead, copying good practices that can facilitate
collaboration with other international NGOs supporting local NGOs working on community development.
Upon our return to the country, the experience we gained with the American NGO will allow us to improve the practices related to our
activities.
and that of the members of my team.
