A. Review -
B. Motivation Group activity.
-the teacher provided words that is written in cardboard and let each group predict the
definition of household Services by arranging the words given to them.
C. Lesson Proper -Define Household Services
- examples of activities that is related to Household services.
- discuss the different tools and cleaning materials.
D. Activities Group activity
-The learners will pick one activity on household servicing and then they are going demonstrate
using the cleaning tools and materials provided.
E. Evaluation/Assessment 15-item quiz about the examples of household servicing and cleaning materials/tools.

Directions: Group yourselves into five. Each group will be given a specific area to clean. Apply
the uses of necessary cleaning tools/equipment/supplies/materials. The actual performance
will be evaluated by the given Scoring Rubrics.

Group 3: Yard in front and back of the classroom

- differentiate vacuum cleaner and floor buffer.
D. Activities -the learners will watch a video clip on how to use a vacuum cleaner and floor buffer.

E. Evaluation/Assessment -Short quiz about the steps in using vacuum cleaner and floor buffer.

A further part of a health and safety strategy is to maintain tools and equipment regularly. This
helps to identify safety problems before they become a serious hazard. Only qualified people
should carry out the maintenance.
