Frederic Labarthe

is a facilitator, coach, mentor and host supporting the development

of individuals toward improved self-reliance, integral well-being, meaningful living,
and healthy lifestyles since 1995.

After studying journalism and psychology of the arts, he acquired his skills from a life
dedicated to spiritual practice and service to people. He has been a dedicated Raja
Yogi for over 30 years and underwent 10 years of intensive training under Dadi Janki
at the Brahma Kumaris Retreat Centre, Oxfordshire. He was later mentored in Self

Parallel to his coaching practice, Frederic is conducting retreats; facilitating the Inner
Focusing process; offering Inner Child healing therapy; counselling in Life
Leadership, Heart Intelligence, Non Violent Communication and Relationship; and
teaching Meditation and ‘Jeevatman Yoga’, a signature practice inspired by the
Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo, and blending Qi Gong, Raja Yoga and Kriya Yoga.

Frederic is a gardener of the soul who has nurtured the growth of thousands of
individuals. He is a warm and engaging speaker addressing the five critical needs of
the 21st century: self-determination, attention management, reconciling polarities,
holistic intelligence and leadership for change.

He is a lifelong explorer who learns through practice and first-hand insight/experience,

and was blessed with the friendship of great teachers from whom he gained a depth
of experience, knowledge and inspiration.

He is the founder of several philanthropist projects including the UNESCO Centre for
International Education-Inner Space (2004) and UNESCO Centre for Personal
Development–the Life School (2015) established in Hanoi, Vietnam; he is the creator
of the SEEDS for Change and Life Designs programs, and is Licensed to deliver Self
Managing Leadership® by the Oxford Leadership Academy.

Frederic was born on 15/09/1962 in Paris. He has worked & and lived in the UK,
France, Africa, Turkey, Kuwait, Vietnam, & and India which he considers as his
homeland. He is based in the Aravali range of Rajasthan, in Mount Abu, since 2010.
