TENURE OF 15 MONTHS HAS ME ALLOWED TO LEARN A LOT FROM OUR ESTEEMED MEMBERS OF

SOCIETY. ON THE WHOLE, TENNURE WORKED TO THE BEST ABILITIES FOR THE BETTERMENT OG SOCIETY
AS A WHOLE.

Points were taken up while being in the post of Vice President, to draw the attention of General body
members for the welfare of Society

1. Officer’s Club: - Proposal prepared & proposed 2 locations. Details are mentioned in File No JVV/Com/Room/104.

2. Smooth vertical Connectivity: - Point put up to GBM but it was disagreed by the House.

3. Safety for Pedestrians Kids & Cyclists: -Constructed concrete speed breakers at main traffic locations& also at the
turns near P- the block where the Speed Breaker was not built.

4. Harmony Among Residents: - Various Festivals & events were organized throughout the year where Residents came
Up & enjoyed together
5. Modern, Beautiful & Sustainable Development: -Beautification of Gate No.2,

A proposal for solar lights was developed for details ref File No. 118

Motion sensor lights were put up to

The point discussed with BOM: - Solar Lights: -Installation of solar lights on terraces approved with a budget of Rs 2.7
lacs.

Point discussed with BOM: - Motion Sensors: Installation of motion sensors to reduce the load on the electricity bill with
a budget of Rs 1 lacs.

The point discussed with GBM: - Solar Power Installation: The point raised by Mr. Bhupender and discussed in detail for
the installation of solar power in the society to reduce the consumption of electricity.

Decision: The Majority of members in GBM disagreed with the installation of solar power projects in the society. The
member remarked that the gestation period for realizing the economy in solar energy is very long. Also, the overhead of
executing the proposal is untenable.

The proposal for Terrace Lights was prepared and shared with BOM which was forwarded to GBM. but GBM was
disrupted on the point of the solar lights & this point was not taken up in GBM.

6. Youth Oriented Sports & Common Facilities: -

- Development of Kids Play Area development of various burdens protected by Bamboo Fencing.

- Installation of New Basket Ball Rings.

- Covering of Volley Ball Court.

- Maintaining Proper Lighting on all courts.

7. Maintenance of Common Areas: -

- Surveys done for various items & reports Published on My Gate for all Residents.

8. CCTV Proposal for Society & Mandir: -

- The CCTV Project for the Mandir was Successfully Completed.


- For Society Proposal was put up to GBM & it was advised to form a committee.

- Meetings were held with the committee & major working on locations Quality & Numbers of cameras were worked
upon.

- Management is awaiting the Committee Detailed Project Report for the same.

9. White Wash in Common Area: A proposal was put up to BOM & GBM

Point discussed with BOM: - The BOM has suggested going ahead with obtaining the estimate and discuss in GBM.

10. Proposal of Boom Barriers for better regulations of vehicles Entering & Exiting our Society.

A proposal was put up to BOM & GBM.

Point discussed with BOM: - The BOM has suggested studying more on the subject.

The point discussed with BOM: - The management committee has projected the financial estimate of the work services
for the provision of RFID to BOM for financial approval at the estimated cost of Rs 1, 04,200 + 18% GST for the first
quarter including installation, rent & freight. Further, the project will consist of 2 barriers at the entrance and 2 barriers at
the exit. Out of 4 barriers, 2 barriers will be automatic & 2 manual barriers. Its monthly expenses shall be 20000/-including
AMC and GST.

Point discussed with GBM: - The point raised was discussed in detail in GBM for the utility of Boom Barrier with RFIDs,
with the financial estimate of RS. 1, 04,200/- + 18% GST.

Decision: The Majority of members disagreed upon the feasibility of a boom barrier with the RFIDs project and point
dropped at the existing entry & exit gate. Management has decided to call the boom barrier vendor to demonstrate &
explain the work to residents for clarification.

Point discussed with GBM: - The proposal for boom barrier installation on the main gate has been put up in GBM for
reconsideration and utility for the society residence.

Decision: The GBM has suggested that the present security is not in a position to handle the boom barrier activities.
Hence all members of GBM held installation of boom barrier.

11. Additional Revenue Benefits from My Gate With detailed discussions with the My Gate team, it was brought to our
notice some additional benefits of My Gate in Revenue Generation. They were not providing us for previous years this
year 2023 of Rs.27500/- was debited to JVVFOWA on account of various promotions held throughout the year.

- With MyGate a more Systematic approach to Society Patrolling was Started using its devices, as well as updated records
& channels Complaint systems for quick response.

12. Most Awaited Canopy Repair was done of Blocks: -

13. The Entrance Gate Road width was increased for better movement of Vehicles.
14. A proposal of collapsible scaffolding was submitted to Management for speedy repair work at heights where
scaffolding is required, Ref. File No.

15. Proposal of New President Room & Face upliftment of Admin Area of Society was put up to Management Ref. File
No.127& Note No.14

16. A proposal for the Upliftment of the Safal Shop to 2 New Shop for Society welfare was put up to Management. Ref.
File No.127, Note No.19

17. A proposal for one Common Doctor Consulting Chamber was put up to Management & the same necessary
Documentation is in Progress.

18. The Amazon Business account for JVVFOWA was opened to get items required at Society on best rates with proper
GST Bill to Available GST input of all Purchased Products& minimize the time spent by staff in procuring basic times for
society Requirements.

19. Coordinated with GNIDA personnel to

 Get done the timing of trees outside society.


 To cover all open drains outside society.
 To make all street lights functional outside society.
