Working closely with beer, wine and liquor vendors to stay current with new and discontinued
products, consumer trends and vendor deals. Operate machinery to remove, package, store, and
transport loads of waste materials. Performs other duties as required and check receivers. Must have
ability to work in a fast-pace and multi-task environment, especially during quarter end rush time.
Communicates with plant personnel about incoming supplies and items. Identifies back-order
customers and processes to back-order by packaging, invoicing and shipping. Maintains
communications with drivers during the day and making routing updates as necessary as schedule
change. Develop an understanding on how shipments are handled with Outside Vendors correctly
and kept on schedule. Manages all “PO Receive” Nabors Supplier Gateway (NSG) work queue
action items for the district; where the vendor has invoiced and the transaction is on “hold” status
pending system goods receipt. Processes customer orders that are part of incoming stock orders and
advise appropriate parts specialist. Physical demands: While performing duties of job, employee is
required to stand; walk and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach
with hands and arms; talk and hear. Unload materials from trucks by hand or with hand operated or
motorized equipment. Maintain a log of deliveries and recipient sign off. Assists Materials
Management staff in education and in-service as needed.
Must be able to work in a cooperative manner, occasionally a high-demand environment. Grasp, turn,
and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye
coordination. Understanding of Customs compliance requirements, and Export documentation

Maintains records of special non-purchase order material received, compressed gas cylinders, dry ice
received and shipped, trash containers emptied, and other special records as may be required.
Receive food, beer, wine, liquor and operational supplies according to schedule. Read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and manufacturing orders. Participate in
maintaining a clean and orderly department. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook). Sort incoming mail, open envelopes by hand and deal with parcels well. Acknowledges
and delivers, priority mail (Federal Express, UPS, Emery, etc.) to appropriate and available

Communicates consistently with Materiel Distribution Supervisor or Manager to keep informed of
daily operational issues, concerns, activities, customer issues, and requests. Skills: MS Word, MS

Distribution Techs, CPD Supervisor, vendor representatives and hospital staff. Gives special
attention to Deployment Backorder Alerts for HOT transfer orders. Must be able to work holidays,
weekends, and varied shifts. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Minimal lifting
required, normal standing, sitting, walking activities. Candidate must be proactive, a self-starter with
superior organization and attention-to-detail skills, relevant customer service experience, and the
ability to work independently and with a group consisting of both internal and external stakeholders
in a dynamic environment. Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measure items of
incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or
other records. Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as handtruck,
conveyor, or sorting bins. Shipped and Receiving Perform general warehouse activities, such as
opening containers and crates, filling service orders, assisting in taking inventory, and weighing and
checking materials. Current certification in state Professional Food Handler Program. -preferred. This
