A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. GLENNY P. PAGUIA AS

THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY BAKAL I,
MUNICIPALITY OF TALAVERA

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the

Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, as amended by Republic Act 11768, the
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary/ Treasurer shall be appointed by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the
SK members from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK);

WHEREAS, Ms. Glenny P. Paguia possesses all the qualifications for a

Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary/ Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic
Act 10742 as amended through Section 2 of Republic Act 11768;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, for the Sangguniang

Kabataan of Barangay Bakal I to confirm the appointment of Ms. Glenny P. Paguia of
Barangay Bakal I, Talavera, Nueva Ecija until the end of the term of the appointing
authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Johnieline F.

Reyes for his/her file, copy furnished the Office of the Mayor, DILG Municipal Local
Government Operations Officer and the Local Youth Development Office of Talavera,
Nueva Ecija for their information and record.
