1. That the present FIR NO: 1117/2014, PS: Vasant Kunj
(South), U/S: 332/461/466A DMC Act dated 09.10.2014
was registered for unauthorized construction at DDA
property bearing No. G-2/702, D-6, Vasant Kunj, New
Delhi.

2. That the above mentioned case has been disposed by this

Hon’ble Court vide order dated 19.05.2022.

3. That the applicant is the surety in the present matter, who

had given a FD of Rs. 10,000/- along with the bail bond
for Mr. Ashok Kumar Madan, who is father of the
applicant.

4. That the applicant is giving an authority letter in favour of

his father Sh. Ashok Kumar Madan, for receiving the FD
released on his behalf.
 5. That since the matter has been disposed off by this
Hon’ble Court, it is respectfully submitted that this
Hon’ble Court may be pleased to release the FD of the
applicant herein.

In the view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is

most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
