Appointment Letter

Dear Mr. RAJA BHOI

We are pleased to offer you the position of jr. engineer at knight Frank Pvt. Ltd., w.e.f.
25.01.2024.This offer is based on the following terms and condition:-
1. Your monthly wages and other benefits are following:
Basic : 15,844/-
D.A : 5590/-
HRA : 393/-
Monthly Leave : 922/- Monthly
Bonus : 1536/
Gross Salary : 24,285/-
P.F Deduction : 1800/-
ESIC Deduction : NA/- PT
Deduction : 200/-
MLWF Deduction : 1/-
Net Paid : 22,284/-

1. You will be on probation for a period of 06 months from date of joining and
automatically you will be on payroll after completion of 6 months’ probation period based on
your performance.
2. You will be entitled to all applicable salary and benefits as per Knight Frank Pvt. Ltd
company policies that will be in force from year to year.
3. You have to report to the site in charge who will assign your work for the day and job
responsibilities at our client premises. w.e.f. 25.01.2024.
4. You will be liable to transferred from one site to another or one place to another site at
the discretion of the knight Frank Pvt. Ltd. without assigning any reason and no increment shall
be awarded on transfer and you will be continued to work on existing wages.
5. You will be maintaining company secrets and if found guilty for disclosure of company
information, your services will be discontinuing without any notice.
6. You will not participate in any kind of strikes, and if found guilty your services will be
terminated immediately without any notice.
7. In case you are suspended for guilty of any charge, no payment allowance will be paid
for the suspension period.
8. You will be abiding by the rules and regulations of Knight Frank Pvt. Ltd. failure to allow
establishment standards code of conduct as well as rules and regulations of the company shall
result in disciplinary action including termination.
9. Either party may terminate this appointment by giving one-month notice or salary in lieu
thereof without assigning any reason.
10. Your appointment is based on whatever information you have given about yourself. If at
any time, any part of it is proves to be false and wrong then you will be removed from services
immediately at any time.
10. You would be Superannuated form the services of the company on reaching the age of
58 Years.
11. You also undertake that "I have completed full & final formalities of my previous
Employer”.
