Key Points
• For all 3 test positions, the intrarater reliability of a commercially available sphygmomanometer in assessing adductor
squeeze values in Gaelic Games athletes was excellent, with the highest reliability and greatest squeeze values noted in

• We hypothesize that the 45° of hip flexion test position is likely to place maximal stress on the adductor musculature and
