DIVORCE DEED

2. Mst. Amna Karamat daughter of Major ® Nawaz,

Shaheed Colony, Qabristan Chowk, Jhelum. CNIC:
37303-8571786-4.

I, Karamat Subhani hereafter to be referred as

Party No. 1/he, son of Muhammad Khan resident of
Iqbal Library Road, Umer Farooq Market, Jhelum, do
hereby declare and affirm that I was married with
Mst. Amna Karamat daughter of Major ® Nawaz,
Shaheed Colony, Qabristan Chowk, Jhelum.

That Mst. Amna Karamat hereafter to be referred as

Party No. 2/She, was disobedient wife , with an
extremely abhorrent and repulsive behaviour, she
has been infidel in this marriage and is devoid of
all moral scruples. Party No. 2 is a character-less
wife, and she has failed to maintain the sanctity
of this marriage by committing adultery . Hence,
party no. 1 has decided to dissolve this.
Fixtures and chattels, inclusive of all other
necessary household items purchased by party no. 1
in the house of party no. 2 equalling an amount of
RS. Two-million is hereby surrendered in favour of
the party no. 2, and shall remain in the possession
of the party no. 2 , provided the daughter is
provided with all the care and maintenance of her
daily life including her education and other
necessary requirements.
The custody of daughter is conditional to party no.
2, her upbringing and education shall not be
impeded by no means whatsoever, and thereupon, if
the party no. 2 does not mend her ways and persists
with the infidelity and deceit, the custody of the
daughter shall thereupon be challenged and revoked .
Now there is no relationship left between parties
as husband and wife. After completion of iddah-
period, she is free to live her life with her own
free-will and can marry any-body. This divorce deed
has been prepared and announced by party no. 1 with
his free-will in his complete sense, without any
force or coercion so that it can be used in future
if needed. Mst. Amna Karamat has received the dower
amount.
Party No. 1 hereby announces three Talaaqs: -

i. I, Karamat Subhani son of Muhammad Riaz, do

hereby divorced Mst. Amna karamat daughter of
Major Nawaz.
ii. I, Karamat Subhani son of Muhammad Riaz, do
hereby divorced Mst. Amna karamat daughter of
Major Nawaz.
iii. I, Karamat Subhani son of Muhammad Riaz, do
hereby divorced Mst. Amna karamat daughter of
Major Nawaz.

In witness whereof I hereby put my hand to this

irrevocable deed of divorce on this __ day of
February, 24.
