Terms and conditions

No invoice will be processed without load numbers and original pods which must be
submitted to us immediately after delivery order to be paid *please refer the requirements
above your driver delivery notes must reflect the relevant order numbers at all times. It is
imperative that drivers check tonnage prior to departure from there loading points. Please
note that all fines/or delays due to over loading of vehicles will be for your account. We will
not be held responsible for short loading if not informed prior to departure from collection
points and tariffs will be adjusted accordingly. We are not responsible for fines or penalties
related to traffic offenses, permits, overloading or delays in loading and offloading. No
claims for the above will be accepted.You are responsible for any claims arising from your
vehicle being late at the loading or offloading points or any standing time which is above
our control. If the above is unaccepted please notify us within 30 minutes, otherwise return
through email, if email is not received within this time, the above conditions will be
accepted as is. Should this load not be loaded and we are not informed within 30 minutes,
your company will be invoiced for this load at the rate stated
on this load confirmation.
Please note that should our client cancel this contract for any other reason, then this
agreement will be terminated with immediate effect. Special conditions as per speq

• The drivers will at all times conduct himself courteously towards all other
road users and personal
• The driver will maintain a clean and neat physical appearance at all times
• The driver will at all times maintain all safety and security rules
 • On all mining sites/port/factory or owners premises the following rules have to be
maintained;> adhere to speed limits of 20 km/h to 40km/h where applicable
• Trucks equipped with fire extinguishers(9kg)
• Truck equipped with orange rotating light (probe light)
• Truck equipped with reverse horn

VERY IMPORTANT

• No open or lose wiring on any vehicle

• No oil leaks - No cracks on loading bins or 5th wheel
• Only certified welding will be allowed on the bins
• Tires in good condition
• Wheel nuts to be in place
