Ficus Microcarpa

Ficus microcarpa

Ficus microcarpa is a tropical tree with smooth

light-gray bark and entire oblanceolate leaves

about 2–2.5 inches (5.1–6.4 centimetres) long

which in Mediterranean climates grows to about

forty feet (twelve meters) tall and with an equal

spread of crown. Where conditions are favorable

for the banyan habit (tropical and humid

subtropical) it grows much larger, producing

great numbers of prop roots

Prosopis juliflora
Description

Growing to a height of up to 12 metres (39

feet), P. juliflora has a trunk diameter of up to
1.2 m (4 ft).[5] Its leaves are deciduous,
geminate-pinnate, light green, with 12 to 20
leaflets. Flowers appear shortly after leaf
development. The flowers are in 5–10
centimetres (2–4 inches) long green-yellow
cylindrical spikes, which occur in clusters of 2
to 5 at the ends of branches. Pods are 20 to 30
cm (8 to 12 in) long and contain between 10
and 30 seeds per pod.

Pressure- Drainage Self-flushing

compensated mechanism

Benefits & Features

Pressure- Precise and equal amounts of water delivered over a broad pressure range, ensuring 100%
compensated uniformity of water and nutrient distribution along the laterals.

Drainage The dripper integrates a drainage mechanism that drains water from the pipe at the end of the
mechanism irrigation cycle, to allow easier recoiling of the dripline at the end of the crop cycle. Also helps in
countries where temperatures may drop below zero.

Continuously Flushes debris throughout operation, while ensuring constant dripper operation even in
self-flushing challenging water quality.

Wide filtration Ensures optimal performance even under harsh water conditions, preventing the entrance of
area sediment into the labyrinths.

TurboNet™ Labyrinth ensures wide water passages, to increase flushing efficiency. The water is drawn into
the dripper from the stream center, preventing the entrance of sediments into the drippers.

Specifications
Pressure-compensated range according to table below.
Recommended filtration: depending on dripper flow rate. Filtration method selected based on the kind and concentration
of dirt particles contained in the water. Wherever sand exceeding 2 ppm exists in the water, a Hydrocyclone shall be
installed before the main filter. Where sand/silt/clay solids exceed 100 ppm, pre treatment shall be applied following
Netafim expert instructions.
TurboNet™ labyrinth with large water passage.
Weldable into thick wall driplines (0.90, 1.00, 1.10, 1.20 mm).
Injected dripper, very low CV with injected silicon diaphragm.
High UV resistant. Resistant to standard nutrients used in agriculture.
Meets ISO 9261 Standards.

Applications Features
• Straight flow body with higher flow rates.
Typically used in landscape irrigation at filtration and fertilization
stations, as well as downstream of main control valves to ensure • Aerodynamic full-body kinetic shield
that any entrained air in the water system is released • Dynamic sealing prevents leakage under 1.5 PSI.
automatically in order to maximize system performance. • Fully corrosion, chemical, and fertilizer resistant.
• Lower maintenance and increased life span.
Principles of Operation Specifications
WSI-AV2plus- 225 PSI 5 PSI 0-360
• Pipeline Filling 2
When water enters the valve chamber, the buoyant float causes
the kinetic orifice to close. The unique aerodynamic structure
prevents the float from closing before water reaches the valve.
• Pressurized Operation
When the pipeline is pressurized, air accumulates in the upper part
of the air valve chamber, causing the float to gravitate downward.
The automatic orifice opens, releasing the air. The water level and
float rise after the air is discharged, causing the automatic close.
• Pipeline Draining
A negative differential pressure is created when a pipeline is
drained, causing atmospheric air to push the float downward. The
kinetic orifice remains open, allowing air into the valve chamber
and preventing a vacuum from forming in the pipe.
• Surge Protection (anti-slam)
The anti-slam device is attached to the outlet. It partially closes the
valve’s outlet in the event of a pressure surge. Rising air pressure in
the valve causes the approaching water column to slow down.
• Inflow Protection
A normally closed check device installed on the valve’s outlet that
prevents atmospheric air from entering the valve.

The Unique DiscTechnology

Alwasail chooses colorful & thin polypropylene discs with multiple filtration
grades. The discs are diagonally grooved on both sides in opposite direc-
tions. A series of discs are stacked and compressed, locking on a specially
designed filter spine. The oppositely directed grooves between any adja-
cent discs will be pressed together, and create many crossing small spaces,
formed as a series of unique filtration pass to contain impurities. In the filtra-
tion process, the force of the spring along with the differential pressure firm-
ly compresses these discs together and through multiple crossing spaces, it
can provide distinctive in-depth filtration.
