SCRIPT FOR THE OPENING CEREMONY OF ENGLISH WEEK

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...
ASSALAMUALAIKUM AND A VERY GOOD MORNING I BID
TO ALL OF YOU.

thank you to our Honourable head master, En. Shukri bin Mohamad,
dedicated senior assistant teachers, caring teachers and all our beloved
pupils.

Also, thank you to the Al-Mighty Allah Subhanahu Wataala, because

with his blessings, we are here today for the opening ceremony of the
ENGLISH MONTH OF SK Kebor Besar 2023!!!

As we know, today is the beginning of the English Month for our

school. English month is held in our school in order to encourage the
pupils to use English more frequent in our daily routine. For your
information, this program will be held for 3 weeks, starting from today,
10th of September until 28th of September. During this programme,
many interesting activities will be held such as mix & match activity,
spelling bee and reading competition for level 1 and making bookmark,
spelling bee and singing competition for level 2. I really hope that all of
the pupils will gain a lot of benefits from these activities.
Teachers and pupils,
Before we have come to the main event of our ceremony, I would like
to invite the head master and all of the senior assistant to come in front,
in order to complete the launching gimmick for the ceremony. Please
welcome.

Thank you to the headmaster and our senior assistants for the launching
gimmick. Hence, with the greatest pleasure, I would like to invite our
beloved head master to give his Launching Speech. Please welcome!!!

Thank you for the speech. From his speech just now, we can conclude
that he really hoped that all the pupils will gain the benefits from this
programme and with the speech just now, our English month is
officially officiated.

Next, I would like to invite pupils of 3 Maliki, conducted by En

Zamani, to give their performance. Please welcome.

Thank you, that was a very good performance from them just now.
Before we end our ceremony today, on behalf of the English teachers, I
would like to take this opportunity to appeal to all of you to try to speak
English at any times and we hope that all of you will get as many
benefit as you can during this programme. So, please participate
actively in all the activities.

With the concerted effort of both teachers and students, we are sure that
we can enrich the English speaking environment in our school. Hence, I
wish the ENGLISH MONTH FOR YEAR 2023 EVERY SUCCESS!!!!
