Hi everyone!

I’d like to tell you about a recent performance put on by a drama group at my school.
It was based on a drama originally written by William Shakespeare called “King Lear''. Since
a school year is coming to an end every class has to pass a final exam. For drama class this
final exam is staging a spectacle. I was invited to play the role of the king of France. At the
beginning of the play I was briefly on a stage, and Most of the time I was arguing with King
Lear about one of his daughters. In the end I had a more important role because my
character was trying to retake England with King Lear and one of his daughters. My
colleagues did a great job. Actors were well prepared, costumes were handmade with huge
attention to detail and the decorations on the stage were also on point. Frankly speaking, I
quite enjoyed my role. My costume was Beautiful and I was having fun during rehersals.
I think that teens should take part in such events, especially if they don't know each other
very well, because it helps to get to know each other better. Bye!
