An intermittent timing issue causes this error message, where the program did not receive a signal from the phone that the second power cycle was completed. The phone IS successfully upgraded at this point. The user should power down the phone as though the Update success!! message was displayed and proceed to the next device. Step 10. Process is complete, disconnect the device from the PC
