IMMIGRATION BOND AGREEMENT FOR JAMES MICHAEL

This is to Certify that the the bearer of this document have reached an agreement with the

Department of Transportation and Immigration Services. He is to make a Bond Payment of

$2000.00 (TWO THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY) to the Commission to

enable him make an onward Journey to the Republic of Poland. Due to the Recent Onslaught

in Ukraine and partial breakdown of the International Banking Infrastructure, we understand

that there is a hindrance for foreign nationals to access there banks here. The bearer of this

document will enjoy the privilege of travel permit to the next Country where he can get

Banking services. This document is only Valid when he make that payment of $2000.00 and

he will be issued a Government Receipt and Control Tag. The balance payment will be made

when he get to Warsaw, Poland and all his travel document will be authenticated by an

Agent of the Commission for his Flight to the United States. You are here by authorized to

grant him all the necessary assistance for a smooth Border Crossing.
