1. Final presentation preparation -(Introduction of the project group and characterization of

the company).
The project group is made up of Luisa Perez, Amaly Ramos and Jhon Jairo Veloza, we are studying
the third trimester of OSH management technology, we are making the proposal for the
formulation of the OSH management system of the company ANDAR JEANS.

ANDAR JEANS is located at address DIAGONAL 39D 9 B21 SUR, in the Puerto Rico neighborhood,
Rafael Uribe Uribe locality. Its main economic activity is focused on manufacturing, specifically
in the manufacture and preparation of various garments in jeans. By virtue of this specialization,
its economic activity is classified as secondary due to the production of garments, and tertiary
due to the provision of services.

The risk level assessment assigns this company risk class ll. In the operational sphere, the plant
has 7 workers, of which 6 perform operational functions and 1 administrative. Regarding the
occupational health and safety management system, it has been identified that the company
presents a non-compliance rate of 99%.
