Qualifications • Preferably a final year student or fresh graduate
(Indonesian Nationality) from a reputable university majoring in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender, Public Health, and other related majors. • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia professionally, both verbally and in written form. • Has sufficient capability in both quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and writing. • Has sufficient capability in STATA, SPSS, or Nvivo will be a plus. • Has interest and knowledge related to gender mainstreaming issues, especially in the sphere of government. • Has experience in related research, projects, and/or policy review will be a plus. • Able to attend work daily (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 4 pm) and work remotely and independently from home.
