C.1 Pricing Condition

1. Power Supply (220V X 3 PHASE) if not phase inverter will be provided

2. We will only handle installation of the elevator
3. No other charges will be deducted unless agreed upon by the supplier and customer
4. Price indicated is for delivery receipt only non-vat
5. Additional 12% if there is a need for a Sales Invoice

C.2 Mobilization and Boarding:

1. Travel Expense will be shouldered by the client if location is in province
2. Shipping Expense will be shouldered by the client if location is in province
3. We will handle the delivery if within metro manila
4. Delivery to outside metro manila to site will be shouldered by the client
5. Boarding Expense will be shouldered by the client anywhere will do provided there is
bed, electricity and water supply

C.3 Period Of Completion

Approximately Thirty (30) working days maximum of (45) subject to receipt of the down
payment under normal and ordinary condition, availability of electric current and excluding
causes, events and happenings beyond the control of the contractor such as, but not limited to
work stoppages and delays not due to the fault of contractor ,civil disturbances, transport
disturbance, power failure,fire,hidden effects,strikes,floods,earthquake, and other acts of God.
