ABSTRACT

The feedback from patients regarding the health initiatives of Barangay

Health Center is crucial in providing insights to officials on how to enhance the

services provided. The purpose of this study is to assess patient satisfaction with

the services of Barangay Health Center and to identify any concerns in order to

improve it. A qualitative method is used to gather data from both implementers

and patients who regularly visit the health center. The study concludes that the

health center's services are of high quality, with the health workers performing

their jobs effectively. However, there are still concerns among individuals, such

as the limited space in the health center and occasional shortages of medicines,

vaccines, and essential supplies. This study recommends that the community

unite and support each other, while also urging the government to provide the

necessary resources to further develop the health center. By doing so, more

people can be assisted and our community as a whole can benefit.

To the Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), the researchers would like to

sincerely thank for their assistance in completing our survey; without them, it

would be impossible for the researchers to reach out to the patients in the

barangay.

assisted and encouraged the researchers when they have needed suggestions,

counsel, or second thoughts

The researchers are deeply grateful to the parents for their support and

financial assistance, which greatly contributed to the completion of the study.

This research paper is dedicated to the researchers' parents, who have

provided unwavering support and inspiration throughout the study. They are the

ones who give the direction and encouragement required to complete their study.

By helping the researchers finish their study, it also pays tribute to the

teachers, specially Mrs. Roselyn Jaim who played a significant role in enabling

their research.

The study is also dedicated to students who may require assistance in

overcoming mental health concerns, as this is a shared goal of the researchers.

Barangay Captain, who provided the researchers with the opportunity to
