Donald Trump’s daily routines

Donald J. Trump, (born June 14, 1946) is an American politician, media personality,
businessman, father, grandfather, and of course, 45th President of The United States. Over his
four years in the White House (between 2017 and 2021), he was constantly in the news and
experienced a never-ending barrage of mostly negative press, while dealing with his position as
the President. But somehow, he can still shake it off.
Have you ever wondered how this man handled all of these in his daily life ? Let’s find out !
Morning
As a president, Donald Trump’s day starts early. According to Business Insider, he wakes up at
5:30.
He usually skips breakfast. But if he does eat what many consider the most important meal of the
day, he will take the classic option – bacon and eggs. No report about what he first does when he
wakes up ; however, some reports says he watches Fox News, after that, ”tweeting” on Twitter,
and he starts to work right away.
Afternoon
When Donald Trump was President, he reportedly left his residence in the White House and
went to the West Wing at 11:00, where he would start his day. It was reported that he would skip
his daily intelligence briefings (formally known as the “President’s Daily Brief”), as he prefer
the oral briefings.
Trump’s daily events and meetings were organized in his office. However, there was always an
“executive time” that occured from time to time, in an unknown specific moment of the day. It
usually took 2 hours and 45 minutes. During this time, he didn’t have any meetings or make
official appearances. It is said that John Kelly, Trump’s Chief of Staff, mentioned the President
complained that he didn’t have enough time to rearrange his mind.
Evening
When things were over, Trump would have dinner at around 6:30 pm in the White House, often
with his guests of his choosing. Kid Rock, Matt Drudge, and Sean Hannity were just some of the
famous guests that were invited. Eating out isn’t his cup of tea, but did he ever depart the White
House, he would go for a delicous meal at the steakhouse at the Trump Hotel.
Trump’s favorite meals included meatloaf, steak and Diet Coke, and for dessert, a slice of pie
topped with two scoops of ice cream would be amazing.
Donald Trump’s bedtime was unknown when he was President. However, we can assume that
his sleep would only take a few hours, like Margaret Thatcher.
At the end of day, there aren’t much informations about this President’s daily routines. But if we
look into his achievements in external, economy in his four-year term of President, we can see
that this man has lived a fulfilling life, as a successful business man and as a President. He also
claims to be re-elected in 2024.
