Rizal had 9 sisters, and 1 brother
minus Concepcion Rizal who died
at 3 years old. Imagine the
mayhem and drama at his house
considering all those females.
I have 2 older, and 2 younger sisters.
As the middle sister to 5 siblings,
it is up to me to keep the peace in our
majority female household.
 A NOTE ON BROTHERS:

Rizal's Older Brother: Paciano

Paciono, despite being 10 years older than
Rizal, was a huge influence in his brother's
life. He sent money and letters detailing the
abuses that the friars in the Philippines did,
which is likely part of the inspiration that
Rizal wrote about in his novels.

I don't have a brother BUT! I'm pretty
close with one of my cousins. When we
were still little kids we used to fight a lot,
but now that we are older we have a
bond that's stronger than friendship.
