2. Please be informed that On February 26,2022 at about 11:00am

personnel of this station conducted Focus Group Discussion in relation to the
upcoming Institutionalization Evaluation Process (IEP), the subject of the said activity
focused on the following; IEP FAQ, Office/Unit Charter Statement, Strategy Map/Unit
Dashboard, Pro 4A Best Practice.
