Rohingya

I have faith in my statement that Indonesians should not accept Rohingya refugees,
despite the fact that they are welcomed from a human perspective. Instead, we need
to be harshly condemned UNHCR for recognizing refugees in Germany, which is known
for accepting refugees. In addition, punishing the Myanmar government for their
actions toward Rohingya immigrants. For decades, Myanmar peoples have been
degrading them, which has led to them leaving their own lands.
based unhcr database,More than 1,200 Rohingya refugees have arrived in Indonesia
however we can’t be sure how much are they illegally crossing the sea. The
government had suspected human trafficking among some refugees and some Indonesian
citizens have been proven of three people have been caught by police.
Why should we accept that many people when Indonesia already has a lot of citizens?
Who is genuinely in need of government assistance to simply survive day by day? Our
lives continue on I'm worried that history will repeat it self just like Netherland
occupies-ion. I don’t think I can ignore how many of them broke the law, from
criminal activity to demanding some land. UNHCR also has reports of physical and
sexual abuse aboard boats.
Furthermore, Asylum seekers and refugees in Indonesia are not permitted to work and
receive no social benefits from the Government of Indonesia. Rohingya really are a
burden and a threat for the future. With global climate crisis, I barely have
enough supplies for food. So to end my statement we need relocate Rohingya to
another country, for example Germany.
