Covered
Rationale An organization should implement a culture that allows personnel to find
meaning and purpose in life. In knowing the process of human becoming, each
one will develop a sense of belongingness and care to one another. The process
of human becoming would mean that each one is in continuous interaction and
interdependence with one another.
Moreover, in cognizance with the celebration of Women’s Month, it is important
to note that WE is an acronym that represents “Women and Everyone” meaning,
each one has a collective responsibility for gender equality, not solely resting on
women but involving everyone. Therefore, it is the aim of the school to develop
a culture of unity and social responsibility of caring and respecting for everyone
regardless of gender, race, color or ethnicity.
Terminal:
Creating a culture of belongingness in the organization where each one has a
social responsibility to care and respect among each member.

Objectives 1. Develop a sense of teamwork and camaraderie as a stronghold in
developing a culture of peace and unity.
2. Value the process of human becoming by being sensitive to one’s needs
