The position of my APAR for the year 2018-19 for which "Time Bar Certificate"

has been issued to me is as under:

Similarly, "Non-Reporting Certificate" has been issued to me for my APAR for

the period 01.05.2020-31.12.2020, the Self-Appraisal for which was submitted
on 08.01.202 and later on fresh Self-Appraisal submitted on 07.10.2021 when
received the msg from Reporting Officer for correcting the time as 01.05.2020 to
31.03.2021 instead of 01.05.2020 to 31.12.2020. As the same was shown to be
pending with the Reporting Officer in System/Digitally. And when I submitted a
request to the Dy. Director, CR Cell, he instead of pursuing with the Reporting
Officer, just issued the "Non-Reporting Certificate".

Thus, it's my very apprehension tt because of not taking timely action by the CR
Cell, my above two APARs still remained to be duly completed. Due to which
NFSG of Rs 8700/- has been denied to me now and it's my very apprehension tt
they may also stall my next promotion as Commissioner by adopting one of the
filmsy or imaginary measures as they hv adopted in past(as above).
