    Memorandum of Understanding to extend our invitation for publicity of
    the society.
    This Memorandum of Understanding developed between Sangoshthi Society , Ram Lal Anand College
    DU and (Party 2) witnessed as enclosed.

    The following has been consented to and mutually agreed upon the following deliverables to be
    fulfilled by both the parties are as follows:

    Announcement of our media publicity and promotion of 3 events on the respective official
    Instagram handles.
    Contingents (min 3) for free events only. Events may be offline or online.
    25 followers on the official Instagram handle respectively.

    Clause:
    In case of any dispute, in regards to the smooth functioning of the execution of deliverables mentioned
    above, it would be solved in the spirit of independence, mutual respect and shared responsibility.
